1. How do I make a call with my ePhone?

How do I make a call with my ePhone?

• To make a local call... dial 1+ area code + number
• To make a Long Distance call... dial 1+ area code + number
• To make an International call... dial 011 + country code + city code + number

If I live in Vancouver but have a Toronto phone number and I call within Toronto, is that call free?
Yes if you have ePhone 500. If you have ePhone Community you will be billed on a per minute basis based on rates listed. Rates

If I live in Vancouver but have a Toronto phone number and someone from Toronto calls me, is that call free?
Yes. All calls to ePhone members are free regardless of your phone number.  Its just like a regular phone...when you get a call from a friend in New York, you don't pay for that call... they do.  However if that friend can also have ePhone and be anywhere in the world calling your ePhone for free.  That's because ePhone-2-ePhone calls are free.


I downloaded ePhone but it tells me that it has "expired".
You should have been emailed a Registration Key. Simply press "OK" on the expired Pop-Up window and a registration window will appear. Copy & Paste your key, then press "Register", then "OK".  If you did not get a key, call Customer Care at 1-877-474-6638 to obtain one.

My call are not completing.
It is important to dial in the following manner to complete your calls. For North American Calls dial 1+(area code)+(telephone number). For International calls dial 011+Country Code+City Code+Number.

How will I be billed?
Canadian residents are billed in CAN dollars.  US and International customers are billed in USD.

What if I need help with my software, billing, & prices.
In North America you can reach Customer Care at 1-877-474-6638 or internationally at +1-416-663-9600. Customer Care is open 8:30am to 12am EST. To reach Customer Care from your ePhone dial "0" (zero).

I press the "line 1" button but I do not hear a dial-tone. It was working before.
It is possible that the internet connection was disrupted. Please close ePhone and re-open so that it can reinitialize.
