“time to talk”
is a new newsletter from Comwave designed to keep you informed about Comwave and your services. Each issue will attempt to best describe technology, promotions, important news, products and services, saving tips, opportunities and much more.

Comwave has grown tremendously making it one of Canada’s fastest growing companies with new products and services being developed all the time. Our customers have told us that they want to be better informed about Comwave services.

My Account

All Comwave customers have access to my account. This is a web portal that allows you to manage your account and services. For example, you can turn on or off certain features of your iPhone, review long distance bills, and call logs and listen to Voice Mail messages. If you haven’t already done so please register online at www.comwave.net and got to “my account”. Its simple, all you need is your first name, last name, customer ID (located on your invoice and starts with a “C”, “U” or “E” followed by numbers Eg. C7543) and home phone number.

iPhone VoIP

VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. This technology allows you to use your high-speed internet connection as a phone line too. Our VoIP service is called iPhone and it allows you to finally get rid of the phone company and save on local phone service.

Customer Service Upgrade

We are nearly completing the upgrade to our Customer Service Center to better serve you.  

Comwave has partnered with Nortel a worldwide leader in Call Center Solutions to upgrade and improve our Customer Service Center with the latest in VoIP, and software that will allow us to support you faster and better with online chat and email. 

Part of the upgrades includes a larger facility to allow us to double the number of agents that respond to your needs. Our target is to answer your call with a live operator within 30 seconds or less and we will not stop until we achieve that. We expect that the upgrades will be complete within the next 60 days.
