I have been with your company for about one year now using iPhone. Previously I was with Telus and was quite reluctant to drop them, but the savings Comwave was offering were quite compelling. Well then, I guess the rest is history.

The reason for my letter is to tell you about a special customer service person you have by the name of Naresh and my latest adventure with iPhone.

Voice Over IP was very new to me but Naresh was very patient and made the transition from Telus to iPhone VoIP service very easy.
