How it Works
It works similar to a regular phone. You can make calls anywhere in North America at no charge. You can also receive calls from anywhere, just give your friends your ePhone number. They'll never know the difference because an ePhone number is the same as a regular landline phone number. You can be anywhere in the world and use ePhone, and your calls are still free.

Let's say you get a New York ePhone number (212-566-6600) and you are on holidays in Mexico. When your friends in New York call you, it's a local call for them and a free incoming call for you. When you call your friends in New York, the call is free as well..

How do I dial?
Local or Long Distance calls within North America: Always dial "1" + (area code) + phone number.
Eg. A call to New York: 12125665600
Long Distance calls outside of North America: 011 + country code + city code, + phone number.
Eg. A call to London England: 011 44 207 235 8000
Where can I call from?
You can be anywhere in the world to use ePhone so long as you have a data connection (WIFI, 3G or 4G, LTE).
Where can I call for Free?
On ePhone you can call continental USA & Canada for free.
Do I pay if people call me?
No. All incoming calls are free.
Do ePhone minutes count towards my cell phone minutes?
No. ePhone minutes do not deduct from the minutes that you have with your current mobile phone plan.
How do I add International Minutes to my account?
Click here to add minutes or go to www.ephone.net anytime.
I don't have my username or password?
Passwords are delivered via text messaging to your mobile phone and by email. Your email client or spam filter may be blocking it. Check your "Junk" folder and make sure you allow all emails from "@comwave.net". Please use the “Forgot Username or Password” feature within the ePhone App or at www.ephone.net
How do I know how many International minutes I have left?
Dial "0" and your balance will be announced. Also, your balance is announced before each call.
What is my ePhone number?
It will be listed in the top left of the App.
What is my VoiceMail Passcode?
The default voicemail Passcode was emailed to you with the VoiceMail purchase confirmation. If you have misplaced this email or did not receive it, please email the ePhone support team at ephone@comwave.net.
