Comwave Mobile

Comwave Mobile is a FREE App for all Comwave customers. Download the App so you can make Long Distance calls directly from your smartphone without having to dial an Access Number or enter a PIN ever again. It uses the incoming minutes on your Mobile phone plan. For instructions on how to install our FREE Mobile App, click here.

How it Works

It’s so simple to use. Open the Comwave Mobile App and dial the long distance number using the dial pad available within the app. You will also be able to use your phone book from within the Comwave Mobile App. Once you dial through the app, you will receive an incoming call from Comwave on your Mobile phone. This is a regular incoming call which will use the incoming minutes on your Mobile phone plan. Please answer the call and your Long Distance call will be connected.

 

 

 

FAQ

How do I dial?

Local or Long Distance calls within North America: Always dial "1" + (area code) + phone number.

Eg. A call to New York: 12125665600

Long Distance calls outside of North America: 011 + country code + city code, + phone number.

Eg. A call to London England: 011 44 207 235 8000

What happens if I exceed the 250 free minutes per month to the listed countries?

You will be billed at low rates listed on our website. They are always lower than Skype and 90% cheaper than your cell phone company. We bill you on a monthly basis and your bills are available to view by logging into My Account.

Where can I call for Free?

On ePhone FREE you can call continental USA & Canada.

On ePhone Global you can call 57 countries for free. Calls to mobile phones in some countries are not included and will be billed separately. See list for details.

I have downloaded the App but didn't receive my Key?

Your email client or spam filter may be blocking it. Check your "Junk" folder and make sure you allow all emails from "@comwave.net". You can also have your Key resent to you by logging into My Account under ePhone.

I didn't receive or don't have my Username or Password?

For ePhone on Mac & PC you need to have a Username & Password. Your email client or spam filter may be blocking it. Check your "Junk" folder and make sure you allow all emails from "@comwave.net". We can resend your Username or Password by clicking "Get Username" or "Get Password" at www.comwave.net/password.
